The Supreme Court voted 5-4 to uphold Obamacare with Justice Roberts being the swing vote.  It must be noted that the Administration reversed their claim that this was a Commerce Clause issue, and argued that it was a tax.  Chief Justice John Roberts said the requirement that individuals have health coverage or pay a penalty — known as the individual mandate — is within Congress' power to impose taxes.

For those of you who have followed our investigation into the management of the BCWA over the past 18 months, the latest info is that the BCWA is contemplating suing the "East Bay Four" (Marina Peterson, Gary Morse, Janice and Jeff Black) because they asked too many tough questions.  It was on their filed agenda to go into executive session last night and vote on this, but it was postponed at the last minute.  Here's a link to the latest article on their FOIA request for all of our emails. …
