There are two scary new bills being introduced at the State House - House Bill 5953, introduced by Representatives Carnevale, DeSimone, Ruggiero, Handy and O'Brien, along with Senate bill S-815 (which will be heard on April 24th) introduced by Senator Louis DiPalma.

The Supreme Court voted 5-4 to uphold Obamacare with Justice Roberts being the swing vote. It must be noted that the Administration reversed their claim that this was a Commerce Clause issue, and argued that it was a tax.
