State House Hearing on PUC taking Bristol County Water Authority

Good hearing today on bill sponsored by Gallison/Hearn to have the PUC take over the BCWA.  Good material was presented.  Water Resource Board has issued ultimatum to BCWA to come up with emergency plan in case of problem.  They have NOT had one to date!!
